really good stay
automated controls firm support minibar selection attentive staff
the room had automated controls for lighting, curtains, and temperature. the bed provided a very firm support. a minibar was available with various beverage selections. i found the registration staff very attentive, ensuring check-in was swift.
the main entrance faces a side street, which wasn't the most attractive arrival point.

the hotel is close to many shopping locations and restaurants, a plus. easy access to shopping areas is available within a short walk. public transportation stops are conveniently nearby for travel around the city.

decent stay with some drawbacks
automated curtains professional staff spacious bathroom back street travel adaptor electric blind
the room had automated curtains, which i found quite convenient. the staff were professional. the bathroom was spacious with two sinks and a large shower.
i found the entrance located on a back street a bit unappealing. i was told the hotel did not provide travel adaptors. i think the electric blinds system felt gimmicky.

Excellent stay
automatic shades soaking tub
I was pleased with the technologically advanced room. It featured automatic shades and a soaking tub (perfect for relaxation).
The hotel's main entrance is located on a dingy back street, a little disappointing considering the overall quality.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport for me. The team stowed luggage and sent a message when the room became ready. Great service indeed.

The location is central, providing walkable access to many shops and restaurants. I walked about 15 minutes downhill to the waterfront for a cruise.

My room had high-tech features with fresh fruit available in the gym. I found a peloton mirror in the gym and I had turn down service in the evenings.

The lounge offers wonderful food in a good atmosphere (i enjoyed the drinks). I had the breakfast in the room, delicious. It was a quality service.
